Pool Acid Washing Service
starting at $500

Some pools stains are so stubborn that they may require acid to remove them.  It is best to determine if your require acid once the standard Drain and Clean Services are complete.  Most of our clients are so happy with the results of the standard Drain and Clean service they they choose to skip the extra cost of the acid wash option.  Once the standard Drain and Clean service is complete, we will test any remaining stubborn stains to determine if acid will remove them.  In most cases, the acid will have enough power to remove the most stubborn stains.  The Acid Wash service is usually done over the course of 3 days and includes:

•Day 1 - Drain the pool/spa
•Day 2 - Empty the skimmers, pump basket and pool cleaner bag
•Day 2 - Pressure wash the walls and floors
•Day 2 - Use of a chlorine wash to remove most wall stains
•Day 2 - Rinse the walls
•Day 2 - Wash and brush the walls with a acid wash
•Day 2 - Rinse the walls, neutralize and drain the acid
•Day 2 - Clean the pool cleaner (e.g. Polaris)
•Day 3 - Add appropriate chemicals to the fresh water (included)
•Day 3 - Vacuum (if necessary)

  • Test your water for proper chemical  levels.

  • Add chemicals as needed to balance your water at no extra cost to you.  This includes Chlorine, Soda Ash, Bicarbonate, Muriatic Acid, Salt and basic Algaecide as needed.

Drain and Clean Services - starting at $400

Some pools are so dirty that they will require to be drained and cleaned.  How can you tell if you need to drain your pool?  There are a few signs that can help you determine if this is the service you need.  First, if you can't see the bottom of the pool (on the deep end) you may need a drain and clean service.  Second, if algae is on the walls and it can't be easily brushed off with your hand, you will likely need the drain and clean service.  Some stubborn stains may require our Acid Wash Service but this should be determined once the standard Drain and Clean service is complete.  The Drain and Clean service is typically done over the course of 3 days and includes:

•Day 1 - Drain the pool/spa
•Day 2 - Empty the skimmers, pump basket and pool cleaner bag
•Day 2 - Pressure wash the walls and floors
•Day 2 - Use of a chlorine wash to remove most wall stains
•Day 2 - Rinse the walls
•Day 2 - Clean the pool cleaner (e.g. Polaris)
•Day 3 - Add appropriate chemicals to the fresh water (included)
•Day 3 - Vacuum (if necessary)
When dealing with an extra dirty and/or green pool, there are a few options available to choose from.  Some options are more budget friendly while others offer faster results. The options are listed below.
